If you want to try to follow the practice parkour, here are some things you need to make sure it is you think about and understand before you can start. 1. Understand Parkour
Parkour is a useful training method to improve themselves by learning how to move a natural and through obstacles. The principles you learn in Parkour can be applied in everyday life.
Short-term advantage is that you will have the ability to move efficiently in complicated situations. While the long-term benefit is the increased fitness levels, confidence and self-restraint, and make the mind more relaxed and positive. The drawback is, you will do exercises that take time and effort to get the full benefits of parkour. But the results are truly remarkable.
Physical exercise is difficult and tiring.
There is no magic solution. "What you plant, so shall you reap".
2. Choose to try parkour
Once you understand everything related to parkour training you can make a definite choice. If you choose to follow the practice of parkour is not for myself, yes no problem!. Hopefully you will not face the challenging situation that you already have a solution to get through.
If you choose to try parkour, you need to learn how to live it. All you need to start training is the desire or determination to get started. Not need special equipment, just a determination to move forward.
3. Find group exercises around

Take a full week to force your body a little more than exercises that you used to do [push-ups, pull ups, sit ups, jogging, squats jumps]. But do not be forced because it can be dangerous. This will allow sufficient time to push and see what you can do, and also gives sufficient time to recover and also to pay attention to the effects of forcing your body's ability.
6. Start exercise [work out] the most suitable for yourself.
Once you understand the principles and what your body can do you need to find out how you can set the exercise that suits your abilities. It will need a little experiment, only then can you improve your training and progress mengkritis.
7. Start training parkour.
To start you need to concentrate on physical exercise [work out] as a foundation for the exercises so on. There are two types of practice parkour, training techniques and exercise [work out].
Exercise technique concentrates on the coordination and precision of your movements. While exercise [workout] concentrate on improving the condition of your body stronger so powerful.
Both exercises should be trained each to help you progress. It is better to be divided thus the 3:1 or 4:1 [exercise workout: engineering]. If you are stronger because exercise training workout, workout techniques will be a lot easier.
All techniques require different power levels to be done efficiently. So the technique takes practice is passed slowly, let the training exercise [workout] can be developed step by the technique.
Remember to always listen to your body, if there is a lack of confidence, so relax and train aja slowly until you feel comfortable. If you are trying to improve the technique too quickly, then you could be injured. If you are injured badly enough to hurt, then it will further slow down your progress.
All situations can be solved with a simple way; think, experiment, change a few techniques and how you deal with the situation.
